BIOGRAPHY
After a stint as legal counsel at a Montreal AI infrastructure startup, where I advised on commercial agreements, monitored evolving AI regulatory frameworks, and supported the company’s funding strategy, I joined Blue HF to build a practice at the intersection of law and technology. My work focuses on commercial matters, venture capital financing, and privacy and AI governance, advising entrepreneurs and investors at every stage of the startup lifecycle.
Before entering the startup world, I spent four years as a commercial litigator at two major national firms, appearing before courts at every level. I also clerked at the Federal Court of Canada, where I contributed to judicial reasoning across a broad range of legal questions and developed a rigorous, research-driven approach to legal analysis that I carry into my transactional practice today.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cross-country skiing, hiking, and home renovation projects, usually with my Australian shepherd close by.
