BIOGRAPHY
After studying European and international law in France, I decided to cross the Atlantic to pursue a master's degree in international business law at McGill University. I was immediately drawn to the entrepreneurial spirit, open-mindedness, and diversity of Quebec's business world. I therefore continued my studies in Montreal, specializing in commercial law, intellectual property, privacy, and cybersecurity within the technology law department of a leading national law firm. In 2017, I joined Blue HF with the goal of developing a practice closely aligned with the business realities and concrete challenges of clients.
I then enriched my profile by putting my legal career on hold to launch an international entrepreneurial project (United States, Canada, and France) focused on creation and innovation in the gastronomy sector. This experience, which lasted several years, was decisive: it gave me a keen understanding of entrepreneurial issues, a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to make quick and strategic decisions.
Feeling that I had reached the end of my entrepreneurial adventure, I returned to the practice of law as Head of Legal for a French company, a subsidiary of a UK-based parent company, working in the crucial field of large-scale energy storage. This rich and diverse role placed me at the heart of the company's strategic issues. I was directly involved in negotiating complex commercial agreements, working hand-in-hand with the founders and engineering teams to ensure alignment between legal objectives and technical requirements.
Since returning to Blue HF in 2025, I have been capitalizing on this dual experience—as a business lawyer and entrepreneur—to help technological innovators. My goal is to structure clear, practical, and scalable agreements that are perfectly suited to today's business world. I am particularly interested in AI and emerging technologies, and especially in how to overcome the unique challenges that arise when these innovations are confronted with the commercial and industrial constraints of the real world.
