BIOGRAPHY
I joined the Blue HF Legal team in November 2024, after completing my articling at a leading national law firm, where I gained experience in transactional law and financial services.
It was during my studies that I discovered my passion for business law. While working at a firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, I had the opportunity to collaborate with entrepreneurs from various sectors, which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and aspirations that come with launching and growing business ventures. This experience inspired me to become fully involved in supporting entrepreneurs, guiding them through every step of their journey.
In my free time, I enjoy cycling, practicing pilates, and exploring new places—whether in Montreal or around the world.

Garage François Thouin, a Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines-based company specializing in the repair of medium and heavy vehicles, has announced significant changes in its shareholding structure.
Maxime Gauvin and Olivier Bourdeau are joining the company's shareholders. Mr. Gauvin will become the company's president and will assume overall responsibility for the garage. Mr. Bourdeau will be involved in business development.
Blue HF represented the new group of shareholders.
