BIOGRAPHY
I joined Blue HF in April 2021, where my practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions and the venture capital market. Prior to joining Blue HF, I worked at two major national law firms in mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets. After a few years of practice in major law firms, I developed a special interest in the startup world. I wanted to work more closely with clients, whether entrepreneurs or investors, and contribute to the growth of Canadian companies. For these reasons, I decided to join Blue HF, a professional, dynamic and client-focused team.
Outside of work, I enjoy sports such as skiing, tennis, golf, and mountain biking.
