BIOGRAPHY
Part of the Blue HF team since July 2022, my practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions and financings, and commercial law. Prior to joining Blue HF, I practiced in the corporate law group of a leading international law firm and then as a legal counsel for a company in the entertainment industry. During my law studies, I was involved with the legal clinic for start-ups at McGill which allowed me to develop a passion for business from the very beginning of my career.
Outside of the office, I like to practice yoga and boxing, watch the latest films from Québec creators and plan my next trip.
