BIOGRAPHY
I joined Blue HF in April 2021, where my practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions and the venture capital market. Prior to joining Blue HF, I worked at two major national law firms in mergers and acquisitions, securities and capital markets. After a few years of practice in major law firms, I developed a special interest in the startup world. I wanted to work more closely with clients, whether entrepreneurs or investors, and contribute to the growth of Canadian companies. For these reasons, I decided to join Blue HF, a professional, dynamic and client-focused team.
Outside of work, I enjoy sports such as skiing, tennis, golf, and mountain biking.

The round was led by BDC Capital’s Climate Tech Fund, with participation from various investors including Seventure Partners’ Blue Forward Fund, Stolt Ventures, Farvatn Ventures, Melancthon Capital, and Invest Nova Scotia. Blue HF represented BDC Capital and Invest Nova Scotia.

The round was led by BDC Capital’s Industrial Innovation and Thrive Venture Funds, with participation from existing investors OMERS Ventures and StandUp Ventures. Blue HF represented the lead investor.

(“HALEO”), a world-renowned professional virtual sleep clinic, closed a $5.2M seed-extension round, co-led by Boréal Ventures and AQC Capital with participation from Investissement Québec, Desjardins Capital, Real Ventures and the Pan-Canadian Consortium MEDTEQ+. Blue HF represented HALEO.

Potloc, the consumer research company that conducts survey sampling through social networks, secured a $35M Series B financing round. Investissement Québec led the round followed by First Ascent Ventures and initial investors Brightspark Ventures, Desjardins Capital, Cap Horn, EcoFuel, BDC Capital’s Seed Fund along with debt financing provided by CIBC Innovation Banking. Blue HF represented Potloc.
