BIOGRAPHY
As a paralegal, I assist with drafting and preparing corporate documentation required for corporate reorganization, tax planning and all other kinds of commercial transactions. My practice focuses on corporate and tax laws. It also includes reviewing corporate books in the context of due diligence. I am known for delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations.
Prior to joining Blue HF, I spent almost five years as a corporate paralegal with a leading international law firm in Montreal, where I discovered a true passion for corporate reorganization and tax planning.
Outside of the office, I am a mother of a two year old, studying at Université Laval in a tax microprogram and trying to get the most out of life !
