BIOGRAPHY
Prior to joining Blue HF, I practised for over 7 years in a leading international professional firm in their M&A tax group, where I have been principally involved in advising clients, both private and public, in respect of M&A, corporate reorganizations, structural tax optimization strategies and executive compensation, both in a Canadian and cross-border context. I joined Blue HF to support our clients with their tax affairs at various stages of their life cycle. I also advise sellers and buyers, in their prospective M&A transactions, on tax due diligence, tax structuring, and tax and financial modelling.
I am a huge fan of soccer (football) and basketball.
