BIOGRAPHY 

​

Paralegal since 2016, I am part of the corporate law paralegal team. Having worked in national and international law firms, I have experience in corporate, real estate and banking law and specialize in the corporate sector.

​

As part of my duties, I assist the firm's lawyers in drafting closing documents for various transactions, including incorporations, organizations, acquisitions, amendments to articles of incorporation, mergers, reorganizations, dissolutions, continuances, revivals, share capital, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers and other share transactions.

 

Dynamic and enthusiastic by nature, I love a challenge, but I also like the family spirit found at Blue HF.
