
BIOGRAPHY
I help clients on a wide range of business law matters including company formation, debt and equity financing, joint ventures and partnerships, M&A, business succession planning, complex commercial contracts, technology, collaborative R&D and licensing, corporate governance and shareholder matters. My expertise has garnered industry recognition, including acknowledgement by Best Lawyers in Canada for Mergers and Acquisitions Law, Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law, Technology Law, and Corporate Law.
Beyond my professional commitments, I serve as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors for Microcredit Montreal, where I have volunteered for over a decade. In my leisure time, I enjoy hanging out with my family, hiking with our dogs and visiting with our extended family in the Pays Basque.

Puzzle Medical, a Montreal-based medtech startup, closed a $43 million funding round. The round was led by KF Matheson and Desjardins Capital, with participation from Lumira Ventures, Longview Ventures, BDC Capital, and existing investors.

Led by league founding Project 8 Sports Inc., the group includes Ottawa Senators minority owners Seth Boro and Jen Hamilton, Rapid FC Chief Sports Officer Heidi Bloomfield, local business leaders David Renfroe, Chris Riddoch, and Kyle Braatz.
Blue HF represented the group of initial investors.

Laval-based clean tech startup Dispersa secured 5.8M$ CAD in seed funding from Canadian investors to commercialize its flagship ingredient.
The round was led by Ventures, with support from the Business Development Bank of Canada’s Thrive Lab, Cycle Momentum, Calgary-based The51’s Food and AgTech Fund and Fonds d’investissement Eurêka.
Blue HF represented Eurêka.
