BIOGRAPHY 

​

Following thirteen years of private practice in corporate, commercial and securities law with one of Canada’s leading law firms, I enjoyed twelve years of practice as corporate General Counsel at a Nasdaq listed corporation, where I gained “real world” experience in the operations of a variety of business segments. I subsequently co-founded a boutique tax and business law firm where I was able to leverage these prior experiences to provide trusted guidance to a variety of businesses with a focus primarily on private M&A transaction work.

 

I now bring my combined professional and practical experience to the Blue HF Legal team, complementing its successful and growing group of professionals.

 

I derive great satisfaction from the number of charitable and community endeavours that I have undertaken and in my freest of time I pursue my passion for vintage Corvette automobiles, and I am learning to play the guitar.
