BIOGRAPHY
I focus my practice on business law and have the privilege of assisting entrepreneurs, investors and businesses of all sizes through the defining moments of their journey, whether launching a business, financing its growth, bringing in new shareholders, completing an acquisition, negotiating key agreements, implementing a corporate reorganization, or planning a succession or sale. I also advise franchisors and franchisees on the establishment, development and operation of franchise networks.
Before joining Blue HF, I spent several years at a leading international law firm and one of Quebec’s leading regional law firms, where I developed my practice in these same areas.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke and an MBA from Université Laval. Outside of my practice, I am the proud father of three children. I have a keen interest in gastronomy, am an avid football fan, enjoy taking on endurance sports challenges, and travel whenever the opportunity arises.
