BIOGRAPHY
After starting my career and practicing commercial and corporate law for several years in a leading international law firm in Montreal, I felt the need for a new challenge, a challenge that would allow me to work closely with clients, often with creative and entrepreneurial personalities like myself. My arrival at Blue HF gave me what I was looking for and allowed me to continue to grow professionally alongside dynamic and highly competent lawyers in the various fields that are of interest to me. Today I specialize in equity or debt financing transactions and commercial contract drafting in the technology space.
A huge fan of Formula 1 and most sports, I enjoy spending my free time with my dog, cooking at home, skiing, and playing golf and softball.

Peak Power, la startup basée à Toronto et spécialisée dans les technologies vertes, a levé 47,2 M$ CAD afin d'étendre ses activités de stockage d'énergie aux États-Unis. La ronde a été menée par un fonds affilié à Greenbacker Capital Management, avec la participation d'investisseurs existants tels que Hatch, The Atmospheric Fund, BDC Capital, Sensata Technologies et Osmington Inc. Blue HF Légal a représenté BDC Capital.

Makila AI, la plateforme d'analyse prédictive et de simulation alimentée par l'IA, a annoncé la clôture de sa deuxième ronde de financement. La ronde a été menée par Crédit Mutuel Equity et permettra à Makila AI de développer ses opérations internationales. Blue HF Légal a représenté Crédit Mutuel Equity.

Graphite Innovation and Technologies, l'entreprise canadienne de revêtements durables qui révolutionne l'industrie du transport maritime grâce à sa production de revêtements marins pour coques et hélices à base de graphène, a clôturé une ronde de financement de série A de 10 M$ CAD. La ronde a été menée par le Climate Tech Fund de BDC Capital, avec la participation de divers investisseurs, dont Blue Forward Fund de Seventure Partners, Stolt Ventures, Farvatn Ventures, Melancthon Capital et Invest Nova Scotia. Blue HF Légal a représenté BDC Capital et Invest Nova Scotia.
