BIOGRAPHY
Before joining Blue HF, I spent the first eight years of my career practising in the business law group of a leading international law firm. I focus my practice on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, joint ventures, and the negotiation and implementation of complex commercial agreements. I regularly advise on domestic and cross-border transactions involving stakeholders in Quebec, across Canada and internationally.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to advise large corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, start-ups, investors and entrepreneurs across a variety of sectors, including technology, telecommunications, construction, transportation and life sciences.
I approach each mandate with pragmatism and rigour, paying particular attention to my clients’ business realities and strategic objectives.
Alongside my legal practice, I have a keen appreciation for fine dining and a passion for specialty coffee, a world I continue to explore with curiosity.
