BIOGRAPHY
While pursuing my Bachelor of Laws at Laval University, I began my career at a leading national law firm, where I first worked as a law student before completing my articling term. This experience gave me a strong understanding of corporate law.
My practice focuses primarily on venture capital and mergers and acquisitions. I assist start-ups at various stages of their growth and also advise the investors who support them. This dual perspective allows me to understand the objectives and realities of each party.
Before becoming a lawyer, I worked in the insurance industry and was involved in several academic and community initiatives, including the Business Law Club and mentoring students at my faculty. These commitments have shaped my approach, defined by rigour, attentive listening and a solution-oriented mindset tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside the office, I enjoy staying active through spinning, running, Pilates and working out at the gym.
