BIOGRAPHY
With over 10 years experience as a corporate paralegal in major law firms, I am exctied to join the Blue HF team.
I specialize in conducting reviews of minute books, performing searches in various public registers and drafting required reports and documents as well as assisting lawyers in preparing and assembling corporate and tax reorganizations. I also prepare documentation related to incorporations, organizations, amendments to articles, mergers, continuances, dissolutions and other corporate share transactions.
In my free time I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family and friends, travelling with my husband and my kids and volunteering in my community. I love to be active, playing pickleball, golfing and skiing and I am a big sports fan who love watching soccer.
