BIOGRAPHY
Member of the Blue HF Legal team since August 2025, my practice focuses on corporate law, primarily mergers and acquisitions transactions. Before joining Blue HF Legal, I practiced within leading corporate law groups at both regional and international firms. I have had the opportunity to assist more than a hundred entrepreneurs in their transaction of purchase or sale of companies in the Québec mid-market sector. Entrepreneurs value my pragmatic and creative approach, guided by rigor and a constant focus on results. Over the years, I have also developed expertise in the healthcare and construction industries, mastering their specific regulations and successfully supporting complex and large-scale projects in these fields.
Outside of my professional activities, I enjoy sports and traveling.
