BIOGRAPHY
After starting my career practicing labor and employment law at a major national firm, I completed an MBA before joining a leading international consulting firm. For several years, I supported organizations in their strategic, organizational, and technological transformation projects, which taught me to quickly identify complex issues and approach their resolution with a holistic and pragmatic mindset.
Joining the Blue HF Legal team was a natural next step, allowing me to pursue my mission: support and advise businesses in their creation, growth, governance, and strategic direction, combining legal rigor with business acumen. Driven by innovation, I now practice business and technology law, primarily in mergers and acquisitions and financing, serving a diverse clientele of both entrepreneurs and investors.
A great enthusiast of outdoor sports—skiing, running, cycling, kite surfing—and passionate about visual arts and architecture, I find balance in moments shared with friends and family, often around a good meal.
