BIOGRAPHY

After attending law school at the University of Ottawa and completing my Quebec Bar School evaluations, I joined the team as an Articling Student.

My interest in business law began while working in-house at a leading pharmaceutical company, where I contributed to major transactions and commercial contracts. This experience, alongside my growing interest in the start-up financing space, has built a drive to support entrepreneurs through their business ventures at all stages of the business lifecycle. I am able to do exactly that at Blue HF, where I mainly work on mergers & acquisitions and venture capital transactions.

Outside of work, I spend my time maintaining an official, and ever-evolving, ranking of Montreal’s restaurants and cafés. I also enjoy all kinds of media–old films, reality TV, books–and I love to watch Formula 1 and football (the real one).
