BIOGRAPHY
I started my career in in-house legal department where I was called upon to manage labour law cases and several human resources responsibilities. Attracted by management, I quickly took the leap and became Executive Director of the Young Bar of Montreal (YBM). For more than five years, I was responsible for managing all activities and projects in order to defend and promote the interests of lawyers registered in Montréal, with ten years or less of call to the Barreau du Québec, as well as to put in place concrete actions to improve access to justice. To do this, I was responsible for leading and mobilizing the general management team as well as more than 300 volunteer lawyers among the various Committees.
In search of a new stimulating professional challenge, I joined the Blue HF team in September 2022. The feeling of belonging quickly developed within this firm, which shares my values.
Passionate about arts and culture, I like to spend my free time dancing, watching Quebec TV series and reading novels
