BIOGRAPHY
​
Having recently joined the team as a Paralegal, I am responsible for the annual maintenance of Corporations and work meticulously to ensure that clients’ minute books are up to date.
​
I also proceed with annual filings required by governmental authorities and prepare various documentation requested by lawyers and clients to update or modify corporate records.
​
In addition, I also assist the paralegal team in the preparation of documentation relating to incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions, and revivals.
During my spare time, I enjoy practicing my calligraphy skills and traveling as often as I can with my husband.
