BIOGRAPHY
Having practiced in the corporate and commercial fields for over fifteen years, in France and Quebec within national and global law firms my practice focuses on drafting corporate documentation for companies at various stages of their existence, from their incorporation to their dissolution, including the drafting of closing documents in tax and commercial transactions and mergers, acquisitions, financings and reorganizations. My practice also includes reviewing and maintaining minutes books.
