BIOGRAPHY
​
I started my professional career in a national law firm, practicing mainly in mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate financing. I then joined the management team of a manufacturing company in the transportation industry where I participated in the company's expansion projects, mainly by leading the acquisition of a company in the United States. I joined Blue HF in August 2022 because of my passion for the world of startups and my fascination with the creativity of young Canadian entrepreneurs. My practice focuses primarily on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as various corporate law matters.

Outside of work, I practice several sports such as skiing, cycling, soccer and golf in addition to being a football coach, another of my great passions.
